Mount Rinjani One Day Trek is a one-day trek to Mount Rinjani National Park, offered for travelers who do not want to camp on Mount Rinjani or just have short vacation time in Lombok. Start early in the morning (in the middle of night) from Senaru entrance gate at 601 M above sea level to the peak of crater rim 2641 M above sea level. Walking in the dark through thick tropical forest and reaching the peak of the crater rim in the morning to see the sunrise. The trek will end back in Senaru Village at noon time. Noises from wild animals such as monkeys, birds, deers and insects can be heard along the trek trails. At the Rinjani crater rim you will see spectacular views of Mount Rinjani, Segara Anak Lake, baby volcano and savanna. Total distance 18 KM up and down

ITINERARY:
Start the trek at 1 AM from Senaru Entrance Gate, walk in the dark through thick tropical rainforest. Stop for rest will be taken at the shelter or rest area of Pos, Pos 2, Pos 3. Estimation of the peak of the crater rim at 06.00 AM. Once at the peak you will see a spectacular sunrise on the summit of Mount Rinjani, the view of the crater rim, Segara Anak Lake and baby volcano.
Your guide will serve you breakfast while you are enjoying the sceneries.
Stay at crater rim around 2 hours and then walk down through the same route. During the daytime you can see clearly the trek trails, the vegetation (savanna and edelweiss flower), the trees of the forest, birds, butterflies etc.
The trek finish around 1 PM, after having some lunch we will drive you back to your hotel.
